D - shoulder width is measured from edge of shoulder to edge of shoulder over back
E - back body length is measured from middle of collar seamalong the back down to edge of hem
F - arm length is measured from top of shoulder along outer arm down to cuff edge
G - collar is measured from inside of the collar button to button hole
